Refund and Returns
At Just One Supplement, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplement products
- Used products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items (where applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Subscription Orders
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.
Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or renewed cannot be refunded once fulfillment has begun.
To avoid future charges, subscription changes or cancellations should be made before the next scheduled renewal date.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by us
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products.
