General FAQs

How do I cancel or skip a subscription?

You can cancel anytime, with no fees or commitments. Log in to My Account → Subscriptions, select your subscription, and click Cancel. To avoid being charged again, please cancel before your next renewal date.

Need a break instead? From the same page, choose Upgrade or Downgrade to change how often your order ships (every 1, 2, or 3 months). To skip a single shipment, email us at admin@justonesupplements.com before your next renewal date and we will take care of it for you.

What is Just One's return policy?

Because our supplements are consumable products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. That said, we stand behind every order we ship. If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email admin@justonesupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

For full details, including how this applies to subscription orders, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

How can I view certificates of analysis?

All of our certificates are published on our COAs page. There you can view or download both the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis and the independent third-party lab report for all of our products, so you can see exactly what is in every scoop.
